Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account info: email address, organization name, password hash (we never store plaintext passwords — passwords are hashed with argon2id before storage)
• API usage: endpoint hits, latency, credits consumed, status codes, originating IP — used for billing, rate limiting, and abuse detection
• Query content (limited): we randomly sample ~5% of RAG queries for quality review; samples are stored with the query text, retrieved verses, and the generated answer. You may opt out — email us.
• Payment info: handled entirely by Stripe; we store only the Stripe customer ID, never raw card details

How we use it

• Provide and improve the API service
• Bill credits accurately and process refunds
• Detect abuse, fraud, and excessive usage
• Communicate service updates and respond to support
• Improve RAG quality (via the sampled review queue described above)

What we do NOT do

• Sell or share your data with third parties for advertising
• Train external AI models on your queries (sampled queries are used only by our internal team for quality review)
• Read your account contents for any purpose unrelated to operating the service

Third-party processors

• Stripe — payment processing (see stripe.com/privacy)
• Anthropic — LLM provider for grounded RAG (queries forwarded for inference; Anthropic does not train on API data per their terms)
• Resend — transactional email (welcome, low-balance alerts, receipts)
• Google — OAuth sign-in (only if you choose to sign in with Google)
• Contabo — server infrastructure (Germany-based hosting)

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account and all associated data by emailing godfocus@whylivetoday.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Usage logs are retained for 90 days for billing reconciliation. Sampled RAG queries are kept indefinitely for quality history unless you request deletion. On account deletion, all personal data is removed within 30 days; anonymized aggregate stats may be retained.
